You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the [Working with Folders](/start-here/getting-started-series/quick-start-overview.md#working-with-folders) guide for more information. #### After Shipment, Move To Select the folder you want orders to be moved into as ShipHero sends shipment details back to Order Desk. #### If Canceled, Move To Select the folder you want orders to be moved into if they are canceled. #### Customer Account ID Set your customer account ID if necessary. #### Check For Shipments Select how often Order Desk should check for shipments at ShipHero. #### Automatically Send Imported Orders To ShipHero If selected, every order that is added to Order Desk will automatically be sent to ShipHero. Select this setting only if all orders will be sent to ShipHero. If any orders will not be sent, or if you need to take action on an order after it is imported into Order Desk and before it is sent to ShipHero do not select this, and use [rules](/guided-walkthroughs/rules-and-automations/how-to-work-with-rules.md) to send your orders to ShipHero instead. #### Inventory Syncing ![](https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2FPAsB1UGj7CsYIQzWOnhk%2Flegacy-99a009eba65711b287b3.png?alt=media) #### Sync Inventory Enable if you want your inventory stock counts to be pulled in from ShipHero. For more information, see the [How to Work with Inventory Counts](/guided-walkthroughs/products-and-inventory/how-to-work-with-inventory-quantities.md#send-counts-tofrom-order-desk) guide. #### Inventory Warehouse Select which warehouse to download inventory counts from. #### Sync Update Interval If Sync Inventory is enabled, choose how often you want Order Desk to check ShipHero for inventory updates. #### Inventory Location Name If you want to set a specific inventory location name for the products you have at ShipHero, set that name here. As ShipHero sends back reports, your custom name will be added as the location. #### Product Settings ![](https://d33v4339jhl8k0.cloudfront.net/docs/assets/57b0032590336059d4edf94f/images/5d1501ac04286305cb87cd96/file-qOUI67no8k.png) For more information on what these product settings in the ShipHero integration are for and how to use them, read the [Fulfillment Integration Product Settings](/integration-setup-guides/fulfillment-services/fulfillment-integration-product-settings.md) guide. ### Order Level Details The following details can be submitted with an order as either checkout data or order metadata. | Field Name | Field Description | | ----------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | tags | Send order specific tags to ShipHero. | | OrderNumber | Use this field to override the order number sent to ShipHero. | | tax\_id or IOSS | Send the tax number eg. IOSS number or VAT number that you want to be used on the order to ShipHero. Where applicable, this will override the default IOSS number from the Store Settings. | | tax\_type | Indicate the kind of tax\_id being used. Accepted values are **IOSS**, **VAT** or **EORI**. This field is only used if there is a tax\_id or IOSS on the order. If a tax\_type is not specified, **IOSS** will be passed on as the default tax\_type. | | PackingSlip | URL for the PDF to be included as the Packing Slip with the order. | | ShopName | Designate the shop name you would like the order to have in ShipHero. | | CustomerAccountID | Use to assign the order to a customer in ShipHero. The value in this field will override the Customer Account ID in your integration settings. | | ShippingCarrier | Use to set the shipping carrier for your order. | | ShippingMethod | Use to set the shipping method for your order. | | OrderDate | Use to override the order date sent to ShipHero. The date should be in `YYYY-MM-DD` format.
