# Elevate Fulfillment Integration

Order Desk can send orders directly to [Elevate Fulfillment](https://www.elevatefulfillment.com/) then pull shipment details back into your orders here and send them to your shopping carts, if applicable.

### Setup

To enable the integration, click on the **Manage Integrations** link in the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the **Fulfillment** tab, find and enable Elevate Fulfillment.

Alternatively, search for Elevate Fulfillment from the available integration search:

Add your Elevate Fulfillment credentials to connect.

Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by Elevate Fulfillment.

### Integration Settings

#### Default Mail Class

Choose the *default* mail class you want to use for your orders. This shipping class will be used for any orders sent to Elevate Fulfillment that aren’t mapped to one of the mail classes they use.

To set up more than one shipping method, scroll down to the [Shipping Class Match](#shipping-class-match) section for instructions.

#### After Import, Move To

Select the folder orders should be moved to after they are sent to Elevate Fulfillment from Order Desk. Typically this is set to Prepared, but any [custom folder](/start-here/getting-started-series/quick-start-overview.md#working-with-folders) can be used.

#### After Shipment, Move To

Select the folder orders should be moved to when Elevate Fulfillment sends tracking details back to Order Desk.

#### If Canceled, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into if they are canceled at Elevate Fulfillment.

#### Source Classification

Set this value only if Elevate Fulfillment tells you to. This also requires you to set this value up within your OMS or it will fail.

If you need to set the source code on an order manually to override what is set here, do so as checkout data called Source Code. Details about working with checkout data [can be found here](/guided-walkthroughs/orders-and-folders/how-to-work-with-checkout-data.md).

#### Send Customer Email Address to Elevate Fulfillment

Select if you want the email address sent to Elevate Fulfillment with each order.

#### Send Price Details to Elevate Fulfillment

Select if you want price details sent to Elevate Fulfillment with each order.

#### Automatically Send Imported Orders to Elevate Fulfillment

If you plan to automatically submit *every* order to Elevate Fulfillmentfor fulfillment, you can enable this setting. All orders will be sent as they come in to Order Desk.

If you have any other fulfillment services or will have any orders you *don’t* want to send to Elevate Fulfillment, keep this disabled. Use [rules](/guided-walkthroughs/rules-and-automations/how-to-work-with-rules.md) to submit orders to the appropriate vendor or fulfillment service instead.

#### Inventory Syncing

![](https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2FiEk6uXz3ru1gfRsgnwwa%2Flegacy-a6dd096f55de8f623018.png?alt=media)

#### Sync Inventory

If you would like Elevate Fulfillment to send inventory reports to Order Desk, enable this setting. If enabled, your stock counts will be pulled into Order Desk on the interval selected in the next setting.

#### Sync Update Interval

If Sync Inventory is enabled, select the interval you would like Order Desk to pull in inventory updates from Elevate Fulfillment.

#### Inventory Location Name

By default, inventory updates will add Elevate Fulfillment as the location name on each item updated. If you would like to override this to use a different name, add that here.

#### Product Settings

![](https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2FiIp161MAY5NUhA3pXQi4%2Flegacy-ef5595f586e729955aaa.png?alt=media)

For more information on what these product settings in the Elevate Fulfillment integration are for and how to use them, read the [Fulfillment Integration Product Settings](/integration-setup-guides/fulfillment-services/fulfillment-integration-product-settings.md) guide.

#### Shipping Class Match

![](https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2FkShpVv1rvg2yuzjNAUGP%2Flegacy-670cd8667676ae1a0bff.png?alt=media)

Use the shipping class match feature to match as many different shipping methods as you offer to the specific shipping classes that Elevate Fulfillment uses. This ensures your customers are getting the closest shipping option to what they selected at checkout.

For information on how to set up your shipping preferences, please see the [shipping class match](/guided-walkthroughs/shipping-fulfillment-and-returns/how-to-set-up-shipping-class-matches.md) guide.

### Notes and Limitations

* Submitted SKUs are compared against Offers in Elevate Fulfillment’s system.
* If the first name in an order is longer than 15 characters, the first name will be sent as an empty field and the full name will be sent in the last name field instead.
* There is a 20 character limit for the order ID. Any order number that is longer than 20 characters will be sent with the last 20 characters as the order ID.

The following fields can be added as checkout data or order metadata to be passed through to Elevate Fulfillment on an order by order basis:

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/fulfillment-services/elevate-fulfillment-integration.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
