This shipping class will be used for any orders sent to Avectous that aren’t mapped to one of the mail classes they use. To set up more than one shipping method, scroll down to the [Shipping Class Match](#shipping-class-match) section for instructions. #### After Import, Move To Select the folder orders should be moved to after they are sent to Avectous from Order Desk. Typically this is set to Prepared, but any custom folder can be used. #### After Shipment, Move To Select the folder orders should be moved to when Avectous sends tracking details back to Order Desk. Typically this is set to Closed, but any custom folder can be used. #### Shipping Account Number Give this Notification URL to your account rep at Avectous so Order Desk can pull your shipment and tracking details back into your orders here and, if applicable, send them back to your shopping cart. #### Automatically Send Imported Orders to Avectous If you plan to automatically submit *every* order to Avectous for fulfillment, you can enable this setting. All orders will be sent as they come in to Order Desk. If you have any other fulfillment services or will have any orders you *don’t* want to send to Avectous, keep this disabled. Use [rules](/guided-walkthroughs/rules-and-automations/how-to-work-with-rules.md) to submit orders to the appropriate vendor or fulfillment service instead. #### Inventory Syncing ![](https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2FA9uVDhVmKF49BET8dfxc%2Flegacy-9cff0808b5f86f895e56.png?alt=media) #### Sync Inventory If you would like Avectous to send inventory reports to Order Desk, enable this setting. If enabled, your stock counts will be pulled into Order Desk on the interval selected in the next setting. #### Sync Update Interval If Sync Inventory is enabled, select the interval you would like Order Desk to pull in inventory updates from Avectous. Options are Every Day, Every 8 Hours, Every 6 Hours, Every 4 Hours, Every 2 Hours, Every Hour and Every 15 Minutes. #### Inventory Location Name By default, inventory updates will add Avectous as the location name on each item updated. If you are unfamiliar with checkout data, please read the [How to Work with Checkout Data](/guided-walkthroughs/orders-and-folders/how-to-work-with-checkout-data.md) guide. | Field Name | Field Description | | ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | OrderNumber | Use to set the order number. | | ChannelOrderNumber | Use to set the channel order number. | | OrderType | Default is SO | | ShippingAccount | Default is the Shipping Account Number in your Avectous integration settings. | | ThirdPartyAccount | Used for manually adding a different shipping account number to the order. | | note\_\* | Pass along up to 5 order notes. | | note\_type\_\* | Set note type. Default is **Warehouse**. | | OHGT0x | Generic field meant for general use. Any data that isn’t applicable to other available field names can be passed using this field. Up to 5 (e.g. OHGT01, OHGT02, etc.). | | ERPGT0x | Generic field meant for general use. Any data that isn’t applicable to other available field names can be passed using this field. Up to 5 (e.g. ERPGT01, ERPGT02, etc.). | | EDIWhse | Generic field meant for general use. | | PONumber | Set a PO number at Avectour. If this field isn’t provided, Order Desk will use the Order Number as the PO Number.
