WICS Integration
Order Desk can send your orders directly to WICS for fulfillment. When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping cart(s), if your store is set up for it.
IN THIS GUIDE
Setup
To connect to WICS, click on the Manage Integrations link in the left sidebar and under the Fulfillment tab find and enable the WICS integration.
Alternatively, search for WICS from the available integration search.
Once enabled, enter your WICS API Key and API Secret on the next page and click Connect:
NOTE
Order Desk isn't able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by WICS.
Integration Settings
After you have connected the integration, you can apply any necessary details or preferences to the settings.
Environment
Choose whether to connect to the Production (live orders) or Staging (test) environment.
After Import, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to WICS.
You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.
After Shipment, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into as WICS sends shipment details back to Order Desk.
Inventory Management Settings
Sync Inventory
Enable if you want us to regularly download your stock counts from WICS into Order Desk.

Sync Update Interval
If Sync Inventory is enabled, you can use this to choose how often you want Order Desk to check WICS for inventory updates.
Product Settings

Custom Order and Item Details
You can add extra details to your orders or order items to control what gets sent to WICS.
Order Level Details
The following fields can be added as checkout data or order metadata to be passed through to WICS on a per order basis:

| priority | Optional Pass the order priority here. You can pass this as a number from 1 to 3, where 1 = High, 2 = Medium, and 3 = Low. You can also pass it as High, Medium, or Low. |

Item Level Details
The following can be set as item metadata or variations on the items in your orders.
