Packiyo Integration
Order Desk can send orders directly to Packiyo then pull shipment details back into your orders here and send them to your shopping carts, if applicable.

Integration Setup
To enable the integration, click on the Manage Integrations link in the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the Fulfillment tab, find and enable Packiyo.
Alternatively, search for Packiyo from the available integration search.
On the integration page, add your Base URL, Token and Customer ID to connect.
Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by Packiyo.

Automatically Send Imported Orders to Packiyo
If you plan to automatically submit every order to Packiyo for fulfillment, you can enable this setting. All orders will be sent as they come in to Order Desk.
If you have any other fulfillment services or will have any orders you don't want to send to Packiyo, keep this disabled. Use rules to submit orders to the appropriate vendor or fulfillment service instead.
After Import, Move To
Select the folder orders should be moved to after they are sent to Packiyo from Order Desk. Typically this is set to Prepared, but any custom folder can be used.
After Shipment, Move To
Select the folder orders should be moved to when Packiyo sends tracking details back to Order Desk.
If Canceled Move To
Choose the folder where orders should be moved to if they are canceled at Packiyo.
Webhook URL
You will need to set this webhook URL in your Packiyo account for Order Desk to download your shipment notifications and sync inventory stock counts.

Sync Inventory
Enable this setting to download inventory stock counts from Packiyo as they are updated.

Sending Orders to Packiyo
Preparing Your Orders
The following fields can be set as checkout data or order metadata to specify what gets sent to Packiyo:

| LatestShipDate | Use to set the latest ship date for your order. |

Item Details
The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each item in an order.

| width | Width of the order item. |
| height | Height of the order item. |
| length | Length of the order item. |
| barcode | Use this field to pass the URL for your item's barcode. |
| hs_code | Use this field to pass the item's HS Code. |
| tags | Use this field to pass item tags. |
