Order Desk can send your orders directly to Kuebix for fulfillment. Read this guide to learn about the settings and options you have with the Kuebix integration.

Integration Setup

To connect your Kuebix account to Order Desk, click on Manage Integrations under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the Fulfillment tab, find and enable Kuebix.

Alternatively, search for Kuebix from the available integration search. 

The webhook URL at the top of the page is how Kuebix will be able to send shipment information back to Order Desk for your orders. Please copy this URL and give it to your Kuebix sales rep. This URL will also be available as the Notification URL in the integration settings after you connect.

Enter your Kuebix credentials and click Connect to enable the integration.

Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by Kuebix.


Once connected, you will have some settings and preferences to apply to the integration for your store.

Default Mail Class

Choose the default mail class you want to use for your orders. This mail class will be used for any orders sent to Kuebix that don't have their shipping method mapped to Kuebix's method in the shipping class match section.

To set up more than one shipping method, scroll down to the shipping class match section for instructions.

Default Payment Type

Choose the default payment type to be used for your orders.

After Import, Move To

Select the folder orders should be moved to after they are sent to Kuebix from Order Desk. Typically this is set to Prepared, but any custom folder can be used.

After Shipment, Move To

Select the folder orders should be moved to when Kuebix sends tracking details back to Order Desk.

Notification URL

Give this Notification URL to your sales rep at Kuebix. This is necessary for Kuebix to be able to send shipment notifications back into your orders in Order Desk.

Automatically Send Imported Orders to Kuebix

Select this option if you want all imported orders to be sent to Kuebix.

If you have orders that you do not want sent to Kuebix, do not enable this option. You will need to create rules to submit your orders to Kuebix instead.

Shipping Class Match

Using the shipping class match feature, you can match as many different shipping methods as you offer to the methods Kuebix uses to ensure your customers are getting the closest shipping option to what they selected at checkout.

Custom Order Details

Order Level Details

You can add custom details to your orders to be passed through to Kuebix. Add these details as checkout data or metadata fields. The field names must be an exact match to this table.

Field Name Field Description
Set the order type. If not set, default is Inbound. Other options are Outbound and Third Party.
Required if shipping method is LTL. Ask Kuebix for more information if necessary.
Can be used to pass along your Client ID.

Item Level Details

The following can be set as item metadata or variations on the items in your orders.

Field Name Field Description
Set the quantity unit of measurement. If not set, the default is 1. 
Set the quantity unit of weight. If not set, the default is lbs.
