Melissa Integration

Order Desk can use Melissa to check the validity of phone numbers on order information.

Setup

To connect to Melissa from Order Desk, click on Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the Productivity tab, look for and enable Melissa.

Enter your Melissa License Key into the Order Desk integration page, then click Connect to Melissa.

Make sure to use the "License Key Using Credits" and not the "License Key" from your Melissa account.

Settings

After entering your License Key, you can enable the Melissa connection with Order Desk.

Automatically Process Orders on Import

Selecting this will automatically check for valid phone numbers as orders import. 

If left unchecked, you can set up a rule to validate phone numbers on the event of your choosing.
