Overview

Order Desk can connect to Campaign Monitor and send your customer data to Campaign Monitor lists.

This guide explains how to set up and use the Campaign Monitor integration.

Setup

To enable the integration, click on Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the CRM tab, find and enable the Campaign Monitor integration.

Click the Connect To Campaign Monitor button and login to your Campaign Monitor account to give Order Desk access.

Settings

Add To List

If you want all new orders to be added to a Campaign Monitor list as they are imported into Order Desk, choose the list from this dropdown.

If you would rather send specific customers to specific lists, leave this option set to None and use the Rule Builder to tell Order Desk which lists to send your orders to.

List Field Match

Use the List Field Match to send specific order data from Order Desk into fields in Campaign Monitor.
