Overview

If you use Sage Pay with your shopping cart, Order Desk can let you refund or void your payments.

This guide explains how to set up and use the Sage Pay integration.

Setup

To enable the integration, click on Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the Gateways tab, find and enable the Sage Pay integration.

Enter your Sage Pay credentials then click to connect.

Settings

Environment

Select the environment your Sage Pay integration should be in, Live or Test.

How to Use Sage Pay

If the processor response on your orders is from Sage Pay, then you will be able to refund or void the payments from the order details page:

Transactions can only be voided on the same calendar day that they were authorized. They cannot be voided if they have already been voided.
