Order Desk can connect to your ASI account and automatically download your ESP orders.
This guide explains how to set up and use the ASI integration in Order Desk.
In Order Desk, click on Manage Integrations under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the Shopping Carts tab, find and enable ASI.
Once enabled, you can set your integration preferences.
Auto Import Orders
Enable this setting when you want Order Desk to start importing your ASI orders automatically.
Folder for New Orders
Select the folder where newly imported orders from ASI should be placed.

If you need to add a prefix to your orders as they are downloaded to Order Desk, set that here.
For ASI to be able to send orders to Order Desk, please ask ASI to add this webhook on the backend of your account.
