Order Desk can pull your print on demand orders in from your shopping cart(s), sync your print details into them, and then submit them to Colorado Textile. As Colorado Textile fulfills the orders, the shipment details will be pulled back into Order Desk and sent back to the original shopping cart if your store is set up for it.

This guide explains how to set up and use the Colorado Textile integration.


To enable the integration, click on Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the Print on Demand tab, find and enable the Colorado Textile integration.

Enter your Customer ID from Colorado Textile and click to connect.

Basic Settings

Default Mail Class

Choose the shipping class you want Colorado Textile to use for your orders.

If you need to apply specific methods for certain orders, match your method names to Colorado Textile's names in the Shipping Class Match section below.

After Import, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to Colorado Textile.

You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.

After Shipment, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into as Colorado Textile sends back shipment details.

Default Return Address

Set your default return address for Colorado Textile to use on your shipments.

If you need to customize the return address for certain orders, you can save different return addresses to your Store Settings and then use a rule to set the return address to specific orders. If a return address is not added to the order, the default address set here in the Colorado Textile settings will be used.

Product Settings

Shipping Class Match

If the shipping methods you set up in your shopping cart(s) don't match the shipping method names Colorado Textile uses, they won't know what methods you intend for them to use. When this happens, the default mail class applied above will be used instead for all of your orders.

To tell Colorado Textile what methods you want them to use, you will need to match your method names to theirs. This can be done in the shipping class match section. For detailed instructions on setting this up, please read through the shipping class match guide.

Sending Orders to Colorado Textile

Getting your orders ready to send to Colorado Textile takes some setup time. For a detailed walkthrough of how to use Order Desk with your print on demand orders, please take a few moments to read through the Print on Demand Fulfillment guide.

Preparing Your Orders

If you'd like to send custom data about the order to Colorado Textile, you can set the following checkout data field:

Field Name Field Description
GiftMessage Gift Message for the order.
PackingSlip Link to the PDF to be included as the packing slip with the order. Details here.
PONumber Add your own PO number to an order.
ShippingAccount Shipping Account # to be used for the order.
ShippingLabel Link to the PDF of the shipping label to be used for the shipment.
PicklistMessage Message to be sent to Colorado Textile for the order.

Preparing Your Items

The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each order item.

print_url_1 Link to your artwork file.
print_preview_1 URL of the artwork preview. Can also call this field "image".
print_type Set the print type.
size Set the size.
color or colour Set the color.
