Groupon Goods Integration

Order Desk can connect to Groupon to download your Groupon Goods orders and send them for fulfillment. This guide explains how to set up and use the Groupon Goods integration in Order Desk.
Please note that this is not for regular Groupon deals, but for the Groupon Goods program. Order Desk does not download purchase orders at this time. If your account uses purchase orders and you need them downloaded into Order Desk, please contact Order Desk support.
In Order Desk, click on Manage Integrations under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the Shopping Carts tab, find and enable Groupon Goods.
Once enabled, add your Supplier ID and Token from Groupon Goods and click to connect. You can get your Token from here.
Once connected, you can set your integration preferences.
Check for New Orders
Select how often you want Order Desk to look for and download new orders from Groupon Goods.
Folder for New Orders
Select the folder where newly imported orders from Groupon Goods should be placed.

Auto Accept Orders
Enable Auto Accept Orders if you want to mark the orders that are downloaded into Order Desk as exported in Groupon Goods.
Sync Tracking Numbers
If the Sync Tracking Numbers setting is enabled, Order Desk will send the shipment information back to Groupon Goods automatically as shipments are added to the orders in Order Desk.
If you need to manually download orders, do so by clicking the Import Latest Orders button.
