Order Desk can connect to your XoroONE (Xorosoft) account and download unfulfilled waves that include your orders. Tracking details will be passed back to XoroONE as orders are fulfilled, which will trigger invoicing.
This guide explains how to set up and use the XoroONE integration in Order Desk.
In Order Desk, click on Manage Integrations under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the Shopping Carts tab, find and enable XoroONE.
You will need to create a private app in XoroONE, then enter your private app key and pass credentials in Order Desk to complete the connection:
Once connected, you can set your integration preferences.
Check for New Orders
Select how often you want Order Desk to look for and download new orders from XoroONE.
Order Desk will download orders from waves in the following statuses: UnAllocated, Partially Allocated, Allocated.
Folder for New Orders
Select the folder where newly imported orders from XoroONE should be placed.

Auto Fulfill Waves
Enable to have Order Desk automatically fulfill the wave back at XoroONE as it is imported into Order Desk.
Sync Tracking Numbers
If the Sync Tracking Numbers setting is enabled, Order Desk will send the shipment information back to XoroONE automatically and update the orders there.
If you want Order Desk to sync your inventory availability back to XoroONE, enable the Sync Inventory setting.
Inventory Sync Location
Only update inventory information for items at these locations, separated by comma. Set these locations within XoroONE.
Ship Store Filter
Only import order waves from the ship stores listed, separated by comma. If this value isn't matched, the order will be skipped.
Click Import Latest Orders if you need Order Desk to manually pull in your unfulfilled XoroONE waves.
