Qualtry Integration

Order Desk can submit your print on demand orders to Qualtry. As orders are fulfilled, the shipment info will automatically be pulled back into Order Desk and sent back to the original shopping cart.

Setup

To connect to Qualtry, click on Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the Print on Demand tab, find and click to enable the Qualtry integration.

Once enabled, enter your Qualtry Customer ID and click to connect.

To find your Qualtry credentials, please contact your rep from Qualtry. Order Desk support is not able to help with finding or resetting your Qualtry credentials, as they are created and provided by Qualtry.

Integration Settings

Once connected, you will have a few settings where you can set your preferences for this integration.

After Import, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are sent to Qualtry.

If you want to use a custom folder, create your own from Store Settings. See the Working with Folders guide for more information.

After Shipment, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into when Qualtry sends shipment details back into Order Desk.

Sending Orders to Qualtry

Getting your orders ready to send to Qualtry will take some set up time. For a detailed walkthrough of how to use Order Desk with your Print on Demand orders, please read through our Print on Demand Fulfillment guide.

Preparing Your Items

The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each order item.

Field Name	Value
print_sku	Qualtry's product code for the item.
print_url	Link to the artwork file.
size	Size variant of the item.
color	Color variant of the item.

Preparing Embroidery Items

The following fields are for embroidery items being sent to Qualtry.

thread_color	Set the thread color for the embroidery.
personalization	Add the personalized text.
font	Set the font for the embroidery.

Preparing Your Orders

The following fields can be set as checkout data or order metadata to specify what gets sent to Qualtry.

rush	Send as a rush order to Qualtry.
