Specialty Fulfillment Center Integration

Order Desk can import orders from your shopping cart(s), apply custom information and then submit them to Specialty Fulfillment Center for fulfillment. When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping cart(s) if your store is set up for it.
This guide explains how to set up and use the Specialty Fulfillment Center integration.
To connect to Specialty Fulfillment Center, click on the Manage Integrations link in the left sidebar and under the Fulfillment tab find and enable the Specialty Fulfillment Center integration.
Enter your Specialty Fulfillment Center username and password and click to connect.
After you have connected the integration, you can apply any necessary details or preferences to the settings.
Default Mail Class
Choose the mail class you want Specialty Fulfillment Center to use for your orders.
After Import, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to Specialty Fulfillment Center.
You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.
After Shipment, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into as Specialty Fulfillment Center sends shipment details back to Order Desk.
Automatically Send Imported Orders to Specialty Fulfillment Center
If you plan to automatically submit every order to Specialty Fulfillment Center for fulfillment, you can enable this setting. All orders will be sent as they come in to Order Desk.
If you have any other fulfillment services or will have any orders you don't want to send to Specialty Fulfillment Center, keep this disabled. Use rules to submit orders to the appropriate vendor or fulfillment service instead.
Inventory Management Settings
Sync Inventory Levels
Enable if you want your inventory stock counts to be pulled in from Specialty Fulfillment Center.

If Sync Inventory is enabled, choose how often you want Order Desk to check Specialty Fulfillment Center for inventory updates.
Inventory Location Name
If you want to set a specific inventory location name for the products you have at Specialty Fulfillment Center, set that name here. As Specialty Fulfillment Center sends back reports, your custom name will be added as the location.

Picklist Message Field
Set the name of a checkout data field if you want the message in that field on an order to be sent to Specialty Fulfillment Center as instructions for the picklist.

Inventory Location Match
If you only want to send certain items to Specialty Fulfillment Center, you can set the inventory location name from the item in this field. Orders with items that don't have an exact match will not be submitted to Specialty Fulfillment Center.
To avoid confusion about which items in which orders are being sent for fulfillment, it is generally better to split orders than to use this field. If you do choose to use this field, please be careful that your inventory location names match exactly.
