Sending Orders to Artsadd


Order Desk can import orders from your shopping cart(s), sync in your print details and then automatically send them on to Artsadd for fulfillment. When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping cart if your store is set up for it.

This guide explains how to set up and use the Artsadd integration and the features available.


To enable the integration, click on Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the Print on Demand tab, find and enable the Artsadd integration.

Alternatively, search for Artsadd from the available integrations search.

Enter your Artsadd Secret Key and click to connect.

To find your Artsadd credentials, please contact your rep from Artsadd. Order Desk support is not able to help with finding or resetting your Artsadd credentials, as they are created and provided by Artsadd.

Integration Settings

Once connected, you'll have some shipment and integration settings to adjust per your preferences.

After Import, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to Artsadd.

You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.

After Shipment, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into when Artsadd sends tracking details back.

Shipper Phone Number

Artsadd requires a phone number for every order. To prevent any shipment delays, add a backup phone number here to be used on any orders where your customer has not provided theirs.

Default Factory Code

Enter the default factory code that Artsadd provides for you.

Delay Shipment Notification

If you keep this setting disabled, Order Desk will update your orders with the shipment information as soon as Artsadd sends the notifications, and all shipment added actions will run.

If you would like to have more control over when the shipment added event runs, enable this setting. The shipment details will still be added to the order immediately as Artsadd sends those details to Order Desk, but you can set up a rule using the Process Shipments Manually action to trigger when the shipment added event runs instead.

Sending Orders to Artsadd

Item Details

The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each item in an order.

Field Name Field Description
print_sku Required. Artsadd's product code for the item.
print_url Required. Link to your artwork file. Available in values 1 through 6 for items with multiple prints (eg. print_url_1, print_url_2, etc.)
print_preview Link to preview of artwork. Available in values 1 through 6 to match the print_url fields. If no print_preview is set but there is an image field, that will be sent through as the preview.
