Update Single Inventory Item

Replaces an inventory item.

All fields should be passed through. Any empty fields will be set to blank on the record. Omitting a metadata block while updating a stock count will clear that metadata.

Setting update_source to the name of your integration allows those updates to be excluded later using the update_source_not search parameter.
