Zenventory Integration
Order Desk can import orders from your shopping cart(s), apply custom information and then submit them to Zenventory for fulfillment. When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping cart(s) if your store is set up for it.

Setup
To connect to Zenventory, click on the Manage Integrations link in the left sidebar and under the Fulfillment tab find and enable the Zenventory integration.
Alternatively, search for Zenventory from the available integration search.
Enter your SEC Key, then click the button to connect.
Please note that Order Desk isn't able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by Zenventory.
Integration Settings
After you have connected the integration, you can apply any necessary details or preferences to the settings.
After Import, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to Zenventory.
You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.
After Shipment, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into as Zenventory sends shipment details back to Order Desk.
Default Billing Method
Designate which billing party will be used by default.
Send Customer Email Address to Zenventory
If required, select this option to send customer email addresses to Zenventory.
Automatically Send Imported Orders To Zenventory
If selected, every order that is added to Order Desk will automatically be sent to Zenventory.
Select this setting only if all orders will be sent to Zenventory. If any orders will not be sent, or if you need a delay between when an order is imported into Order Desk and when it is sent to Zenventory do not select this.
Inventory Management Settings
Sync Inventory
Enable if you want your inventory stock counts to be pulled in from Zenventory.

Sync Interval
If Sync Zenventory Inventory is enabled, choose how often you want Order Desk to check Zenventory for inventory updates.
Inventory Location Name
If you want to set a specific inventory location name for the products you have at Zenventory, set that name here. As Zenventory sends back reports, your custom name will be added as the location.
Shipment Management
Sync Shipments
Enable Sync Shipments to send shipment information back to Zenventory.
Auto Check For Shipments
Enable if you want Order Desk to check for shipments automatically.

Customize Order Details
You can add custom details to your orders to be passed through to Zenventory. Add these details as checkout data or metadata fields. The field names must be an exact match to this table.
Field Name | Field Description |
ClientID | Use to set the Client ID for your order. |
OrderReference | Use to set an order reference number. Default is Order Desk’s internal Order ID. |
